Youth Hut was a platform established in 2021 after the Covid-19 pandemic, dedicated to grooming teenagers into resourceful and impactful adults through a series of strategically tailored trainings. As of February 2025, the platform became a registered international non-profits organization. Our aim is to empower young people, through carefully selected leadership courses, leadership seminars, and various non-academic programs, to become agents of generational transformation.  We are headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland with participants across the continents.

At Youth Hut, we believe that leadership begins with oneself, hence we teach a system of change inspired by one’s own holistic growth.  We are a non-discriminatory organization, and we welcome applications from young people of all genders, nationalities, religions, racial and cultural orientation.
