I am a proud mother of three children, and my greatest wish for them is that they live meaningful lives, becoming agents of transformation and positive influence. A key part of this vision is teaching them the importance of self-leadership—equipping them with the tools and mindset to lead themselves with purpose and intention.

As I worked to empower myself in this journey of supporting my children, I asked myself a thought-provoking question: Why should it only be my children who benefit from this knowledge and opportunity? This question became the seed that birthed Youth Hut. What started in 2021 as a platform to nurture young leadership has now grown into a registered international nonprofit organization in Switzerland.
